While micro swimsuits are clearly going to be a special hit this season (thanks to zero, Kendall Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski), no one has canceled the timeless beach classics. For example, what is a high-waisted bikini bottom from the 60s and 70s that accentuates the waist with a bang and visually stretches any figure? Last month, Lena Perminova shared the idea to stylize one item with a concise reading of safari aesthetics, and recently Elsa Hosk decided to join the latter.

The Swedish supermodel made a big bet in the retro ’70s: a Mediterranean-style printed swimsuit with a lace top and a high-waisted bottom, complete with a turquoise Fendi bag, black sunglasses, and bold gold earrings.
Meanwhile, while swimming on the yacht, Elsa opted for a trendy voluminous floral skirt on her leg to match the swimsuit print, completing her look with a maxi-length knit bag and voluminous detailed leather sandals. A great lifehack for those who don’t want to change their clothes every time they step outside the sand mountains: Just don’t reinvent the wheel and just buy a bikini-style skirt or pants. Of course, not only for convenience, but also for the classic “I didn’t take a picture – I wasn’t on vacation”.
