Euphoria is the collective obsession of the moment? Created by Sam Levinson, the series features the torments of teenagers, far more tormented by stories of sex and drug addiction than by their high school grades. Rather than question the realism of such plots, the young man portrayed improbably prefers to be entertained by it and draw inspiration from it in terms of fashion rather than lifestyle.
Maddy in Euphoria, the bitchcore muse
As the entire series appears to have crossed over into the bimbofication meme that has entertained Twitter since at least 2017, TikTok is poking fun at teen clothing byEuphoria with the #EuphoriaHighSchool challenge. Keeping only the boldest outfits of the 2000s, certain heroines of the series, especially Maddy, in fact, they love skintight dresses, deep cutouts and spaghetti straps. And these sartorial fictions then inspire real-life young people who then indulge in what some media already call it “bitchcore” (which could be haphazardly translated as “female dog to the bone”).

As noted by the media Stunnednear ” black cut dresses it increased by 890% after Alexa Demie wore a dress of it in the first episode. In one of the latest, her green dress from the Blumarine archives achieved a 248% spike in searches for similar designs.
BBL Fashion or the Bidding of Fashion
But The bimbofication of fashion clearly didn’t wait Euphoria start. The clothes offered by ultra-fast fashion brands like Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, Missguided and Fashion Nova put a lot of emphasis on clothes that most Western societies would find too bold to wear to high school or the office.
Worn to the skies by reality TV nominees, these dresses push all Y2K kiddie sliders to the extreme, mixing cutouts, lace, peach skin and lingerie codes at the same time. So much so that, on the eshops concerned, models with an hourglass figure often wear them, some of which may have resorted to a Brazilian butt lift (often abbreviated BBL). That is why this style of clothing is dubbed BBL Fashion, which predates and still roughly corresponds to the bitchcore.
