Jennifer Gray told The View she doesn’t want to star in Dirty Dancing with Patrick Swayze. Previously, the actors have starred together on Red Dawn, and working with Swayze hasn’t left Gray with the best impressions. According to him, she was constantly making fun of him. Despite Swayze’s outstanding dance skills, she didn’t want to play with him in Dirty Dancing.
However, during a screen test, Swayze apologized to Gray for his behavior. He remembered and added that tears came to his eyes.
The actor added that Swayze has a real natural charisma and stated that the chemistry that developed between them during the screen tests was the main component of the success of this movie.
