A Polish woman who claims to be Madeleine McCann says she wants to “help people who have experienced all kinds of trauma”.

A Polish woman who posed as Madeleine McCann said she wanted to “help people who have been through all kinds of trauma”.

Julia Wendell (21) visited Dr. Phil and claims she is Madeleine, who disappeared in 2007 aged three while on a family holiday in Portugal.

Wendell said she began to suspect in June of last year, with no evidence to back up her allegations.

Wendell, who is now with private investigator Dr. Fia Johannson sat in a vault in Los Angeles after leaving Wroclaw to answer unsolved questions.

Wendell said there may be light at the end of the tunnel for others who have suffered pain and abuse.

Wendell told RadarOnline.com that she aims to help others who have experienced abuse after confronting the man who allegedly abused her as a child in Poland.

“Even when I didn’t have that much money, I would buy food for people who need food and find work for the homeless, so I always try to help people. But now I think I can really help,” Wendell said.

“My goal is to help children and young people and adults who have experienced trauma…not just sexual abuse, but any kind of violence in their childhood [and] in her life,” she said.

Wendell added, “Like I said, you have nothing to be ashamed of. It’s nothing shameful. You can’t be ashamed. Your molester should be ashamed of you.”

Wendell has no DNA evidence to support her claims that she is Madeleine, and her parents from Poland also said she made the story up.

Wendell said she submitted DNA tests and the results have not yet come back.

Wendell is an aspiring musician and model. She attracted internet attention when she claimed to be the missing girl.

She made claims of her identity on her now-deactivated Instagram account, username @IAmMadeleineMcCann.

Like Wendell about Dr. Phil appeared, she said: “I think I’m Madeleine McCann,” and questioned her about her lack of evidence.

Madeleine disappeared in 2007 while on a family holiday in Praia da Luz, Portugal, when she was three, which would make her now around 19, two years younger than Wendell.

In December, it was reported that German police may charge 45-year-old suspect Christian Brückner, a convicted pedophile from Germany and a prime suspect in the ongoing investigation, later this year.

Wendell claimed that she shares many similarities with Madeleine and that the rare eye defect she believes she shares with Madeleine “faded” after dr. Phil asked her about it.

She also said she had a similar smile and dimples to the missing girl.

Wendell claimed her mother would always change the subject when the 21-year-old brought up her birth.

She claimed she was never shown photos of her early years and her birth certificate. She also noticed that her Polish health card, which was used to track health-related things like vaccinations, started with six blank pages.

These claims were quickly refuted by her Polish parents, who said in a statement: “We have memories, we have photographs. Julia also has these photographs because she took them from the family home with the birth certificate and numerous hospital discharges.”

They added that they always tried to understand Julia and her “lies and manipulations”.

They said: ‘The internet won’t forget this and it’s clear that Julia is not Maddie.’ We are devastated by this current situation.’

Dr. Phil said to Wendell, “You [Wendell’s mother] saying she went to the hospital and gave birth to you,” to which the 21-year-old replied, “She said yes.

“When I asked her about DNA before this whole situation, when I asked her for some photos of her pregnancy, some photos of her childhood … she refused.”

She was asked why she did not send her DNA samples to the police – as the test could confirm her parentage once and for all.

Wendell said she tried to contact the British and Polish embassies when she first thought she was Madeleine, but no one would listen to her. She claims she will take any test necessary to prove her claims.

A private investigator involved in Madeleine’s case said Wendell’s allegations were “not true”.

“Without knowing the details, it makes no sense to me,” detective Francisco Marco told Spanish newspaper El Independiente. “I don’t think she is.”

Wendell was assisted by Dr. Fia Johansson, private investigator and psychologist, sends in DNA samples.

Dr. Johansson, 40, who transferred Wendell from Poland to the United States after receiving death threats, said: “If it turns out that she is British or from this area, we will investigate Madeleine McCann and with the detectives in Portugal continue. communicate.’

The psychologist claimed Wendell was smuggled out of Poland by an international sex ring, without providing any evidence.

“We are still working on an investigation, but Julia is definitely not her parents’ biological daughter in Poland,” said Dr. Johansson without evidence.
