The Moscow Butyrsky Court has registered a case against Mikhail Khachaturyan, RIA Novosti reported. He will be tried posthumously for the sexual abuse of minors, the production and distribution of pornographic materials on the Internet, and the infliction of grievous bodily harm on a large number of people. A date has not yet been set for the hearing.

Recall that the investigation into the murder of Mikhail Khachaturian, committed by Krestina, Angelina and Maria, began in August 2018. For several years, as the girls said, their fathers forced them to commit sexual acts, beaten and humiliated them, and on the day of the murder “he sentenced them to disorder and sprayed pepper spray in their faces”. However, the sisters were charged with “a prior conspiracy murder by a group of individuals”. Now the girls are still under investigation: they are forbidden to communicate with each other, with the participants in the process and with the media, use the Internet and telephone.
