We understand you. After spending 8 hours at work, not counting the time in transport and which, for parents, dedicated to the famous evening tunnel, you really don’t feel like cooking.
Instead of succumbing to the temptation to order from the local restaurateur, we give you our foolproof recipe for a quick, delicious and balanced meal: the spinach and feta quiche. Not only simple to cook, it also has the added benefit of getting kids to eat green veggies.
Ingredients for spinach and feta quiche (serves 6)
- 1 puff pastry
- 500 g of frozen spinach leaves
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of crumbled feta
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- Condiments of your choice: thyme, pine nuts…
- Salt and pepper

Spinach and feta quiche recipe
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Roll out the puff pastry in a pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork, then set aside.
- In a skillet saute the spinach leaves according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelet, and gradually add the liquid cream. Add salt and pepper.
- Crumble the feta and distribute it evenly on the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle the dough with thyme and/or pine nuts.
- Once the spinach is cooked, add it to the quiche mixture.
- Spread the mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with a few pine nuts.
- Bake for 35 minutes, checking occasionally.
It’s ready ! You can serve this quiche with a green salad.
