‘London will turn to dust’: Putin’s top TV propagandist shouts ‘fire in hell’ to camera as he rants about Ukraine with British missiles

Vladimir Putin’s top TV propagandist called for London to be “turned to dust” after reports said Ukraine was “ready” to use British missiles to strike Crimea.

The latest ruling against the United Kingdom was broadcast on a night program on Russia 1 channel, hosted by leading propagandist Vladimir Solovyov.

One of Solovyov’s “analysts” allegedly quoted from a report in British media about the possibility that the British government would supply Kiev with Harpoon anti-ship missiles or surface-to-air Storm Shadow missiles.

“The British press is saying, ‘We’ll give them hell!'” Solovyov’s analysts reportedly said. “You are us [Russia]’ he said.

Ukraine could use such weapons to penetrate deep into Russian Crimea, potentially signaling a greater escalation in the conflict.

“You all agree with that. “Russians can and must be killed!” They say that all the time,” he claimed, unaware that Solovyov’s TV shows regularly called for bombings of the UK and other Western allies of Ukraine.

That’s the problem with the Russians. They don’t give up easily,” Solovyov agreed. The camera pans to the show’s host.

London will turn to dust! Dust off!’ he said, staring straight into the camera as he raised his arm in a bizarre manner and held his hand out in front of him like an evil wizard.

“Or should I say it in English,” he asked his guests. “Burn in hell,” he says in English. “That’s better, yes? Good,” he asked in Russian before shouting “Flames!” shout! say. in English.

It comes after Prime Minister Rishi Sunak held talks with Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelenskyy about Britain’s ability to supply Kiev with long-range missiles, which it currently lacks.

The prime minister said it would “make a big difference” in Ukraine’s fight against the Russian invasion.

It is now up for debate whether they should include Harpoon missiles (with a range of up to 150 miles) or Storm Shadow missiles (350 miles).

Such capabilities would allow Ukraine to strike deep behind enemy lines and would be a blow to Moscow’s hopes of launching another attack to take the country.

In his speech on Thursday, Zelenskyy called for the rapid delivery of modern weapons to his troops. Russia’s new spring offensive has already begun.

He also ruled out giving up Ukrainian land as part of a peace deal with Russia.

“Russian attacks are already taking place from different directions,” he told the BBC.

“Of course, modern weapons accelerate peace. Weapons are the only language Russia understands,” he said.

NATO allies – including Britain, Germany and the US – recently pledged to send main battle tanks to Ukraine.

While these will help defend against the coming offensive, Kiev is also demanding long-range missiles and fighter jets to increase its firepower.

During his late-night speech, the leader of Ukraine said his priority was to repel Russian attacks and prepare for a Ukrainian counter-offensive.

“Maintaining the situation at the front and preparing for enemy escalation steps – this has priority for the foreseeable future,” he said.

This is not the first time Solovyov has called for bombing London, having done so last weekend.

“Can’t we finally strike in London? What’s the problem?’ the presenter asked viewers of his Solovyov Live show.

“No, no, no – only at military targets,” he continues, as if answering someone who doesn’t approve of his suggestion. “Well, in Parliament too,” he added.

“Now you [Britain] planes will give [to Ukraine] to penetrate deep into Russia’s territory,’ he added, as if that would justify an attack on London.

Solovyov went on to say that Britain – along with almost all UN members – recognizes Crimea as part of Ukraine and not Russia.

After an internationally unrecognized referendum during the occupation of Crimea suggested that the backed peninsula was part of Russia, the Russian-backed Crimean parliament declared Ukraine’s independence.

Russia then illegally annexed the territory in 2014. At the time, the move was widely condemned by the international community.

Solovyov said: “At the same time they have [Britain] smart says, “No, well, we just don’t recognize Crimea as Russia.” What about Kaliningrad?’ he asked rhetorically.

“What do you want to tell us? That is, you will now determine what Russia is for you? Not the people living in Russia will decide, no referendum, no vote, but you decide what Russia is for us?

“Then we won’t realize it at all – for us there is no England at all. Not France. No Germany.

“Instead there are Nazi states, united by hatred of all things Russian,” he said, echoing false claims by the Kremlin that Ukraine and its Western allies were ruled by Nazi governments.

Hosts on Russia 1 have made numerous threats against Ukraine’s western allies, with particular interest in Britain and London.

Last year, one of the channel’s so-called “experts” said Russia should detonate a nuclear bomb off the coast of the UK, causing a nuclear tsunami.
