A woman died Saturday night after falling from the Mickey and Friends parking garage at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, authorities said.
Police responded to a report of a person “jumping or falling off the building” around 6:50 p.m., police said
An unidentified adult female was found on the ground and rendered aid until Anaheim Fire and Rescue arrived at the scene. She was taken to a local hospital but was pronounced dead.
It is unclear if she was a park guest.
The seven-story Mickey & Friends parking structure was built in 2000. The garage has room for more than 10,000 cars.
In December, a man died one Saturday night after falling from the multi-story parking garage at Disneyland, Anaheim police said.
The incident occurred just before 9:00 p.m. Sgt. Shane Carringer, an information officer with the Anaheim Police Department. The man was described as being in his 50s. He fell from the Mickey & Friends parking garage at the theme park and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The parking garage, one of the largest in the US, has made several suicide jumps since it opened in 2000.
