The Tagansky District Magistrates’ Court in Moscow fined Google three million rubles for refusing to remove the rapper Morgenstern’s clip “Rose Wine” from the YouTube video server. It is reported by “Interfax”.
Earlier, Roskomnadzor had seen the propaganda of narcotic substances on video. The court found Google guilty of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-removal of prohibited content).
Morgenstern has already commented on the news on his telegram channel.
– said the rapper (in fact, there is no full-fledged video for the song, but the sound of the song was uploaded to YouTube).
Last year, the Moscow Zyuzinsky Court fined rapper Morgenstern an administrative fine of 100,000 rubles for promoting drugs in his songs.
The accusation of “drug trafficking on the Internet” was also brought against him by the chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin. After that, Morgenstern left Russia for Dubai. Recently, information appeared on the network that the rapper received Israeli citizenship.
The other day the rapper said that he wants to return to Russia and is very bored, but is afraid of criminal prosecution for the charges against him.
