Yegor Creed lost the case. Six months ago, one of the restaurants in Crimea sued him for receiving an advance for the performance of the artist, but it never came. In the summer of 2021, Creed’s executives had to cancel upcoming concerts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. True, the musician decided not to return the advance payment for his unsuccessful performance.
On the eve it became known that the Moscow Arbitration Court made a decision in this case. Now the artist owes the restaurant “Seagull on the Beach” 1 million 134 thousand rubles and 14 thousand for the use of funds. Reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda.
The representative of Yegor Creed replied to the question of journalists about this case: “The decision has not yet entered into force. There are different options. We do not exclude that we will file an appeal.”
