Actor Rob Lowe (The fire of St. Elmo, The west wing, Parks and recreational activities) has signed to act in a new comic series currently being developed at the ABC entitled The RAM.
The show is said to be a “romantic comedy in the workplace in which Rob Lowe plays a daily talk show conductor who falls in love with the new producer who has led to strengthen his assessments”, according to the official logline.
Betsy Thomas (My boys, Mom) ,, Bob Fisher (Wedding crashers, We are the millers), AND Rob Greenberg (how I Met Your Mother, Frasier) Serve as executive writers and producers. The well -known conductor of Sports Talk Colin Cowherd will also make executive products together with Eric Tannebaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Jason Wang of the Tannenbaum Co., as well as Peyton Manning, Jamie Horowitz and Ben Brown via Omaha Productions. Lowe will make executive products as well as acting.
On TV, Lowe recently starred in the Drama of Fox 9-1-1: Lone Star For five seasons and Netflix comedy Unstable. Lowe and his son, John Owen Lowe, were co-creators and stars of the latter series.
