Noah Schnapp (Stranger Things) comes out as gay

We wish all coming outs were as good as Noah Schnapp’s. One of the stars of Stranger things posted a short video on his TikTok account to say how his homosexuality was no longer a mystery to those around him… long before he needed to openly talk about it:

Speculation about his character Will Byers’ sexual orientation had been rife in 2022, until Noah Schnapp stated loud and clear that Will Byers was not only gay, but also in love with Mike.

Has reality finally met fiction? Either way, we’re always glad to see such a well-received and peaceful coming out, and that a promising young actor feels able to do so publicly on his own terms.
