Photographed after she lost weight, Daniella said she felt better than ever after focusing on her health and wellness.

Daniella explains: “My parents broke up when I was 12 – when I was graduating from high school – and it really affected me.

“I felt so alone and because I had an escape, I turned to food to relax. I just want to eat and grow.

“I can eat up to 8,000 calories at a time: a packet of cookies, six bags of potato chips, a whole bar of chocolate and ice cream. I would eat more than satiated and then I would be afraid to eat too much.

“I stopped taking care of myself. I didn’t shower, I didn’t wash my hair, I wore loose clothes to hide and I was really unhappy, but it was a vicious cycle. I used to hate myself and then I would feel bad and eat more.

“I stopped going to school because I was mentally ill and didn’t even have a friend. I had no life and did not take care of myself.

“I didn’t know what to do, everything I saw on TV made me cry, people looked so happy and that’s what I wanted. I was in a black hole.

“But something clicked one day – both of my sisters are very thin and have never struggled with weight or food – but something inside me said enough is enough, and I did something about it.

“Six months later I went to the gym, all I knew was the treadmill. I learned some exercises from one of the personal trainers who offered to help me, and that’s when I really got hooked and started lifting weights.”

At the age of 16, Daniella started bodybuilding and went back to school in the 9th grade before going through all the exams.

He continued: ‘I was really fit and at that point lost 4th place, studied fitness and nutrition and started bodybuilding at 16, exercising and focused on what I once ate.

“I am living the dream thanks to my Vlog and TikTok living and weight loss journey. I wouldn’t be where I am now and I wouldn’t be able to take those steps.

‘I don’t believe in diets, you adopt a healthy lifestyle and just listen to your body.

‘I now prefer low-fat or oil-free products. I drink plant-based milk and eat very lean foods, and I also eat smaller portions.

“I am now a qualified personal trainer and want to pursue a career as a PT, but since I have a social media platform, I try to use it to inspire people out there.

My boyfriend helped me a lot and helped me a lot in my relationship with food. It helped me change my mindset and now I want to help others”.
