Incredible footage shows newborn twins still being born in their amniotic sacs.

Less than one in 80,000 babies is born when the bubble of protective membranes surrounding the baby in the womb does not rupture during birth.

The sac that normally protects the baby during pregnancy breaks early during delivery.

In this case, doctors in Brazil had to physically break the bags with their hands.

Anne Cristiane Mucci gave birth to Maria Cecilia and Maria Alice by cesarean section on June 11.

Doctors carefully tried to open the bags before the children began to break the bags on their own.

The birth was taken at the Hospital de Nossa Senhora das Dores in the province of Ponte Nova in the southeast of the country.

The hospital said: “On June 11, twins were born in the maternity ward of the Hospital de Nossa Senhora das Dores.

Cristiane Mucci gave birth to little girls Maria Cecilia and Maria Alice Mucci.

“However, this birth was different and special: Babies were born en caul, which is the amniotic sac that protects the baby during pregnancy.”

The babies were born by gynecologist and obstetrician Dr Emilio Garavini, who was surprised to realize that both babies were connected.

“The children were born safe,” the hospital said.

Countless myths and beliefs accompany and cause births, also called mermaid or veiled births.

These events are called the most common birth and are incredibly rare, occurring once in every 80,000 births.

The hospital de Nossa Senhora das Dores said in an official statement that both children are safe and healthy.

The first is that children who are said to be born this way of many historical figures somehow have greatness or luck in life.

Another misconception is that born vomit will never choke.

The amniotic sac is the sac of gelatinous fluid that surrounds the fetus. It consists of two membranes, the amnion and the chorion.

Although thin, it is sturdy and retains an increased amount of fluid during pregnancy, including fetal urine.

In the most caul birth, the main priority is to break the sac to allow the baby to breathe as the mother can no longer get oxygen because she is inside.
