We start by heating the vegetable broth in a saucepan and preparing all the pieces, namely the peppers, garlic, ginger and tofu, as the process will go very quickly while the wok is hot. You will need a wok or large skillet to make this recipe. Take the wok pan and heat some oil. While hot, lightly fry the onion, red pepper and garlic.

Peppers should be washed very well beforehand and cut into cubes. Drain the tofu well, dry it with absorbent paper and also cut into small cubes. Next, grate two or three centimeters of ginger and a piece of ginger (fresh ginger is recommended).

Next, add the chicken, previously seasoned with salt and ginger, and fry for a few minutes. At the same time, the noodles are cooked in the broth, and we leave it a few minutes less than the time indicated on the package. Drain them and add them to the wok along with the soy sauce.

Finally, pour the noodles into the broth, cover the wok and let it cook for five minutes. At the end of the time, uncover, remove everything and be ready to eat.
