It also offers sleep tracking so the wearer can see how much time they spend in sound, deep sleep. But the latest model is even more advanced.

According to a 2023 report from the American Heart Association, nearly half of Americans age 20 and older have high blood pressure. That’s about 122 million people.

However, studies estimate that about one in five people with the condition — a major risk factor for stroke and heart attack — don’t know they have the condition.

If you have sleep apnea, the watch indicates breathing and other signs such as snoring and recommends whether you should see a doctor.

It’s also unclear how exactly the wearable can handle unhealthy blood sugar spikes that could indicate prediabetes.

According to Bloomberg, the tech giant is also working on even more impressive health features for models beyond 2024, including turning AirPods into over-the-counter hearing aids and a deafness test.

A price for the Apple Watch Series 10 has not yet been confirmed, but previous models cost $399.
