The quiz, which promises to “point you in the right direction,” begins by asking how you feel right now.
Six sliding scales will be presented to you, e.g. B. from “really broken” to “full of energy” which you need to shift to where it best suits your current mood or energy level.
Other scales measure how well you sleep, how fit you are and how stressed you are.
The quiz also asks what stops you from looking after your own health, such as: don’t have enough money or time.
The next question relates to who depends on your health, e.g. B. children, grandchildren or pets.

We all have reasons, sometimes excuses, why we can’t take better care of ourselves, so the quiz then asks what’s stopping you, with answers ranging from not having enough money or time to a need to take care of others
The quiz, which can be found on the NHS website, then asks about your top three health priorities, with options such as fitting into your jeans, having more energy or having a sharp mind.
At this stage you will be given some advice based on your general well-being, e.g. B. How to increase your energy levels and find time for yourself.
In the dining area you will be asked what choices you will make in terms of drinks, potatoes, cereals, cheese and meat.
You have to choose between options such as sugary drinks or water or boiled or roasted potatoes.
And you should also keep in mind how many servings of fruit and vegetables you eat on average per day.
The last part of this section focuses on snacks and asks you to choose any snacks that you would eat on a typical day, e.g. B. chips, chocolate or cake.

Do you opt for a sweet drink or water? And would you rather boil your potatoes than fry them?
Your food choices are then criticized or praised and you get advice on how to make better dietary choices to stay healthy.
The quiz then moves on to the “stronger stuff” and asks how often you drink alcohol and how much.
You will be asked to count how many pints, half-pints, liquor or glasses of wine you would drink on a typical weekday and a typical weekend day.
In turn, depending on your answers, you will be informed whether your intake is dangerous, how to drink sensibly and responsibly, or congratulated on your absence.
For part four, you will be asked to record how many minutes a day you are physically active, such as B. brisk walking or cycling, and strength training, such as. B. yoga or weights.
The last part of the quiz asks if you smoke and how much.
At the end of the quiz you get a score of 10 pretty ruthlessly.
Finally, you will get some recommendations on areas where you can be healthier and how to achieve them, e.g. B. Exercise tips, suggestions for alcohol-free days and trying out healthy nutrition recipes.
The test does not ask for BMI.
