First, we melt the butter and warm it a little (but without losing its liquid state). Whisk the eggs with the milk and vanilla extract, mixing well. Then we sift the flour together with the chemical strengthener in a deep bowl and add the sugar. Mix until integrated. We make a hole like a volcano in the middle and pour the wet material mixture. We gently remove it with some sticks to integrate everything well.
When we have finished mixing, add the butter and beat until the mixture is homogeneous. Cover the container with cling film and Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for an hour..
