Reality television star Harry Jowsey has addressed ongoing rumors regarding his marital status following his onscreen wedding to Amber Mozo on the Netflix finale of Let's Marry Harry.
Speaking in an interview published Aug. 14, 2026, the 29-year-old Australian star confirmed that he is still legally single because marriage certificates completed during filming were never submitted to legal authorities.
"When we filmed the show, there were certificates, but they weren't submitted because it would have ruined the show," Jowsey told Entertainment Tonight. "They're out there. I just don't know where they are, when they're getting submitted."
Jowsey explained that the certificate was not filed to prevent the outcome from becoming public record before the broadcast. He also refrained from wearing his wedding ring prior to the finale to avoid spoiling the outcome, adding, "I think Netflix is still holding the ring somewhere."
Despite remaining legally single, Jowsey noted that he is currently experiencing "the happiest I've ever been, my life is so amazing."
The marital uncertainty is not the only secret Jowsey kept during production. Speaking to E! News prior to the show's premiere, the former Too Hot to Handle contestant discussed keeping an intimate kiss with 30-year-old Mozo private from the rest of the cast.
"I had this very intimate moment with Amber," Jowsey said. "She asked me to not tell anyone and just keep it between us. I had to respect that and be true to her."
To protect Mozo's privacy, Jowsey denied the interaction to 24-year-old contestant Sam Kruse. Reflecting on the situation, he stated, "I would never want to lie to someone that I'm seeing, but also I would never want to expose someone that I'm also seeing. So it's a very weird position to be in."
Although Jowsey called it a "difficult spot to be put in," he maintained he would not change his decision to keep his promise to Mozo, though he acknowledged in hindsight that he might "handle it a little bit better, and with a little bit more grace and a little bit more empathy for Sam."
Jowsey also noted that exposing his family was the largest departure from his past reality television appearances. Having previously appeared on New Zealand's Heartbreak Island in 2018 as well as Perfect Match, Jowsey was previously linked to Francesca Farago, Georgia Hassarati, and Jessica Vestal. The Boyfriend Material podcaster expressed excitement for viewers to watch him "put a bow tie on this whole dating show life and career."
