Actor Haley Joel Osment faces a potential prison sentence after being accused of storing a prohibited substance, according to a report by People Talk. The charges follow an April 8 incident where he arranged a drunk scandal at a ski center and resisted police.
During a search, a cache was found on the actor and sent for examination. According to the Associated Press, the court will determine the limitation measure in June.
Osment released a statement of repentance to the public following the incident. "I was shocked by my behavior. I didn’t even know that I was very expressed in an effect. I just knew, I apologize for a long time," Osment said. He chose to remain silent about his article.
Previous Incident and Acting Roles
This is not the first time the actor has drawn attention. In 2006, he fell into the field of view after getting behind the steering wheel and entering an accident. His sentence contained rehabilitation and a conditional period for alcoholism, but this time his problems could be much more serious.
Osment was first spoken about after filming in "Artificial Intelligence" in his early childhood. He was also nominated for an Oscar for his role in "Sixth Duygu."
In the series "Boys," he played the reader of Ossent Mesmer's thoughts, and last year he took part in actor Zoe Kravitz's "a sign" tension. He is also set to appear in the second season of the "Wenses" series.
