Producer GORDO has launched his TARAKA residency at Pacha Ibiza, opening a six-week run of Tuesday night electronic music sessions on the Balearic island. The event series commenced this past Tuesday and marks the final stretch of the Mediterranean summer clubbing season, which will conclude on September 29.
The Guatemalan-American DJ and producer inaugurated the residency at the famed nightclub in Ibiza Town, setting the tone for the late-season run on the island.

To support the weekly residency, Pacha Ibiza is offering an integrated 360-degree hospitality experience. The initiative combines nightlife entertainment, fine dining, and hotel accommodation located directly opposite the club, placing music at the center of the guest experience.
Gastronomy options and VIP clubbing layout
The Pacha complex features two distinct restaurant offerings for visitors. At the hotel restaurant across from the club, daytime diners can choose from a simple menu dominated by pasta and salads. At night, the venue transforms its menu to highlight exotic dishes for guests who enjoy spicy food, alongside a selection of pizzas cooked in an open stone oven within view of the dining room.
Inside the nightclub itself, a separate restaurant provides an exclusive evening dining experience. The menu features Asian and Mediterranean fusion cuisine tailored for an international clientele, with dedicated dietary options for vegan and coeliac guests. The venue's cocktail menu reflects the aesthetic and ingredients of Pacha's famous twin-cherry logo, which has symbolized the brand since its founding in 1973.
For partygoers attending the TARAKA nights, Pacha has constructed an open DJ booth configuration. The layout positions attendees just inches from the performing artists while maintaining a clear line of sight to the DJ booth from every corner of the main room. The nightclub also features an upgraded VIP area providing private table options, exclusive venue access, and specialized services.
Opening night artists and production highlights
On opening night, GORDO delivered an electric, high-energy set highlighting his signature blend of bass-heavy house and techno. His performance included several of his classic tracks for an enthusiastic crowd inside the venue.
The Grammy-nominated producer was joined on stage during the opening party by guest artists Vanjee, Wade, Gustavo Domínguez, and Gala. Spanish singer and songwriter Bad Gyal was also present inside the DJ booth during the performance.
GORDO arrived at Pacha following the success of his international singles Hombres y Mujeres and Sideways. Beyond his solo work, the producer has built a profile through major studio collaborations, including production work on Canadian rapper Drake's 2022 album Honestly, Nevermind as well as the 2026 release Maid of Honor.
Schedule for upcoming Tuesday sessions
The TARAKA residency will return on Tuesday, September 1, when GORDO performs alongside DJ Nicole Moudaber, Sacchi, Harvy Valencia, and Tony Guerra. Over the following weeks, the lineup will feature guest appearances from international electronic music acts including Brazilian producer Vintage Culture, British DJ Patrick Topping, South African artist Shimza, and Los Angeles-based DJ HoneyLuv.
The six-week residency will end on September 29 with an official season closing party. The final event will feature sets from veteran house DJ Roger Sanchez, Gala, and Abril Love performing alongside GORDO.
