Crunchyroll and Aniplex of America have announced the theatrical release dates for Sword Art Online The Movie -Progressive- Deep Night joke. Fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to enjoy the film on February 1st, February 2nd in Australia and New Zealand, and February 3rd for the US and Canada. There will be further dates for Europe and Latin America announced at a later date. The film will be available both subtitled and dubbed. Deep Night joke is the highly anticipated sequel to Air of a starless night which is now available to stream on Crunchyroll if you need a refresher before heading to the movies. The anime adaptation has been airing since 2012, and in 2017, the first movie was released. Sword Art Online Progressive is a rebooted light novel series in which Kawahara takes a deeper look at where it all began on the first floor of Aincrad. The idea of the series is both captivating and creepy, players of a new VRMMORPG (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) are trapped in the game and if they die in the game, they die in real life.
