Homelander and other ‘The Boys’ characters to appear in ‘Gen V’

While there’s still plenty of time to see Los Chicos reunited on the Amazon Prime Video screen, that doesn’t mean The Vought Seven won’t be appearing on the small screen soon. At least that’s what Vernon Sanders says, who says Homelander and other characters from “The Boys” will appear in the show’s new spinoff, “Gen V.”

In an interview with Collider, Vernon Sanders explained it there will be many connections between ‘The boys’y’Gen V’, with not only references, but also characters that will appear in the second Amazon Prime Video spin-off: “We have connections to the universe and the cast of The Boys somewhat carefully disseminated throughout the season. So there’s a lot of Easter eggs that I think fans are going to love.”

While there are no specific characters, that could be it Homelander appears ‘Gen V’, since, in addition to being the most recognizable character, he is also the leader of The Seven, the superheroes of Vought, the company that takes care of the schools for which the new heroes study in the spin-off. “People will be surprised, as they go into the show and it evolves, by the implications Gen V has on The Boys. Finally, Sanders released some new details about ‘Gen V’, which will blend the “social commentary,” “gore,” and a “really cool mystery” of the main series, the executive said. When does ‘Gen V’ season 1 air?

At the moment, the first season of ‘Gen V’ it doesn’t have a release date, but it is confirmed that it will arrive on the Amazon Prime Video platform in 2023, just like the fourth season of “The Boys”.
