Blake Shelton and John Legend Parody 70s Comedy ‘The Odd Couple’ in Hilarious Video: See

Blake Shelton Y John Legend I hope to put a smile on viewers’ faces during the season finale of The voice with its hilarious 70s sitcom parody the strange couple🇧🇷 Blake, 46, and John, 43, teamed up for the sketch, the rarest pair for the Season 22 finale on Dec. 13 and had the country singer take on the super messy, disorganized Oscar role Madison (originally played by Jack Klugmann), while John played the super-neat and organized Felix Unger (originally played by tony randall🇧🇷 The video, which can be seen above, started with a deliberately cheesy intro showing Blake and John moving in together.

The montage showed them drinking milk together, with the “God’s Country” hitmaker drinking from the carton and John from a glass, and then John shaking his head at Blake for his antics. Another clip showed the two laughing as they almost put on each other’s jackets, while another part of the video showed the contrast between the friends: Blake choosing to eat pizza for dinner with his feet on the coffee table, while John he ate sushi with his formal cotton cloth napkin tucked into his shirt. The introduction of the show concluded with the two musicians sitting together and watching The voice🇧🇷

After the show’s intro ended, the skit started with Blake and the “All Of Me” singer getting ready for the Christmas party they’re throwing. “Everything looks perfect for our New Year’s Eve party,” John smiled as he admired the wreath he had wrapped around the front steps of the house. He then watched Blake’s progress to see a sad looking sapling with no needles topped by a cowboy hat. “Neighbors knocked it down last year, so I got it,” Blake told John of the tree’s origins. “Well, at least my side of the room looks fine,” John said.

The final scene showed John getting frustrated with Blake for screwing up while trying to clean up. Then he went over the to-do list again and asked Blake who he had invited him. Blake said he had it all under control, which he clearly didn’t have. “I wonder if he’s going to be mad because I forgot to send out the invitations,” Blake said after the father-to-be left the room.
