Jordan Gonzalez’s character Ash Romero has been hired as a series regular for the second season of PRETTY LITTLE LIARS: SUMMER SCHOOL at HBO

Actor Giordano GonzalezAsh Romero’s character was upgraded to a series regular in the second season of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sinwhich has just been renamed Pretty Little Liars: Summer School at HBO Max.

“Gonzalez’s Ash is a charming transgender student at Millwood High and is in love with Minnie, played by Malia Pyles. Fan favorite Ash is the first transmasculine character to be introduced to the series.

Created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa And Bring Lindsay Calhoonthe new series debuted five years after the original Pretty little liars series concluded, focusing on new characters in the fictional new town of Millwood, PA and with multiple references to iconic horror films (think Carrie and the original Halloween).

The synopsis for the first season reads:

Twenty years ago, a series of tragic events nearly tore the blue-collar town of Millwood apart. Now, in present day, a motley crew of teenage girls – a brand new set of Little Liars – find themselves tormented by an unknown assailant and forced to pay for the secret sin their parents committed twenty years ago… .

Bailee Madison also portrays Imogen Adams, Chandler Kinney as Tabby Haworthe, Zaria as Faran Bryant, Maia Reficco as Noa Olivar, Bechtel as Karen/Kelly Beasley, Sharon Leal as Sidney Haworthe, Elena Goode as Marjorie Olivar, Eric Johnson as Sheriff Tom Beasley , Alex Aiono as Shawn Noble and Lea Salonga as Elodie Honrada.
