Actor and comedian Richard Lewis has confirmed that he will return to the HBO comedy series Curb your enthusiasm for season 12. The show stars Larry Davidwho created the series and writes it, and Lewis appeared as David’s friend from the beginning.
It was announced two years ago that Lewis would not be returning for season 11 of the show, as he had just had back surgery and two shoulder surgeries, but then ended up making a surprise appearance. When he announced that he wouldn’t be in the season, he teased that if a 12th season were to happen, we would definitely be back, so now it’s official and everything is falling into place.
