Tenoch Huerta would love to make a Namor movie, but it’s up to Marvel Studios

In the same way that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe i want to see a namor movie after the acting of Tenoch Huerta In ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’, the Mexican actor also made it clear that he is willing to do it if the house of ideas decides, as it is not up to him.

In a recent interview with Digital Spy Regarding this new superhero film that has finally had its premiere in cinemas, Tenoch Huerta confessed that he would like to be able to star in a solo film of loveHowever, he acknowledges that it’s not something up to him, since Marvel Studios has that decision.

“I would like [un proyecto en solitario de Namor]but I don’t know,” explained the famous actor of the series ‘Narcos: Mexico’, regarding the theory that Marvel fans have about the return of Namor, the villain of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ which leaves his story open to the end of this new superhero movie.

The antagonist of ‘Black Panther: Wakanda forever’ assures that the future of his character in the UCM depends not only on the plans that Marvel Studios has, but also on the reception of this sequel at the box office: “it also depends on the people and the number of tickets they buy. So please: buy lots of tickets”. So it’s too early to know if he’ll be back one day.

On the other hand, it needs to be said that due to the way Namor ends up in the ‘Black Panther’ sequel, Marvel Studios could make his return possible, either in a solo movie or another story, like “Thunderbolts,” which seems to be related to what’s happening on the surface world outside of Wakanda.

Namor is not a hero but not a villain either

Tenoch Huerta assures that “In the end, (Namor) is just a simple man. He is a simple man trying to save his family, protect his people, protect his culture, protect what is most important to him” thus defending the actions that this mutant character takes in the film ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ where he questions whether he is really a villain, as he is a hero to his people.

Namor is an anti-hero from the Marvel comics and now that Tenoch Huerta has brought him into the MCU multiverse saga, it is possible that he will return in the future as he is not an enemy who seeks to destroy the world, but a leader with great power willing to do anything to defend his people, very similar to the Black Panther of Wakanda.
