It’s starting to look a lot like Christmas and Chris Evans shared the first look at his next holiday action movie Red. The two photos he shared on social media portray him alongside Dwayne Johnson wearing a suit that resembles the suit Daredevil wears, with the entire black and red color scheme.
Two main characters in the story are called Callum Drift and Jack O’Malley and the project is billed as a four-quadrant action-adventure comedy globetrotter that envisions a whole new universe to explore within the vacation genre.
Screenwriter Chris Morgan wrote the screenplay for Redand previously worked with the company on several Fast & Furious franchise films. The film is directed by Jumanji franchise director Jake Kasdan and it even stars Kiernan Shipka And Lucia Liu.
We don’t have any story details to share for the film yet, but I have no doubt that it will be a fun action-adventure film for the holidays. Johnson previously described him as “Hobbs meets Miracle on 34th Street”.
