Paramount + released the first trailer for Criminal minds resumption of the series, Criminal minds: evolution, and it has a very different tone than the original series! It looks a lot darker and creepier than anything we’ve seen before in the series, and I love it.
The crime series follows BAU’s elite profilers as they take on a mysterious antagonist, an UnSub who used the pandemic to build a network of serial killers. When the net is set in motion, the team must take down their greatest threat, one killer at a time.
This is BAU’s biggest ever case, “and the deeper they dig, the darker it gets. Let the mind games begin. ”
Original cast members include Joe Mantegna (Davide Rossi), AJ Cook (JJ Jareau), Kirsten Vangsness (Penelope Garcia), Aisha Tyler (Dr. Tara Lewis), Adam Rodriguez (Luca Alvez), and Paget Brewster (Emily Prentis). They are joined by the newcomer Zach Gilford (Elia Voit).
