One of my most anticipated films coming out is the new film adaptation of Stephen King’S Salem lot. I saw a trailer for this movie earlier this year and it was amazing! He looked like a director Gary Dauberman did a great job! Unfortunately, the film was removed from the Warner Bros. release schedule for some reason and I have no idea when we’ll see it!
Waiting for an update on the highly anticipated film, the star of the film, Lewis Pullman, talks about the film and anticipates the kind of horror it will bring. He also says the director stays true to the book, which is exactly what I saw in the trailer.
Pullman told CB, “It’s a scary thing to do these remakes, man. It’s like this and [Top Gun: Maverick], there is such pressure, it is a difficult concoction to conjure up in order to be successful. But Gary Dauberman, the director, is really excited to do the book justice. But the previous adaptation was also in two parts, because it’s such a heavy book and there are so many different moving parts and so many characters. So there are some parts where Gary had to press and find what really was the heart of the film to keep, but for the most part, he’s really faithful to the book and keeps a lot of the original dialogue there. He’s a Stephen King’s hound, so he doesn’t want to mess with Stephen. ”
He went on to say, “So I think he’s in good hands, Gary is a really smart guy who has a keen eye for things. I think not just leaning on jumping scares, but leaning on more conceptual and visual things than, rather than one. shock that vanishes from your body in the next five minutes, something more visual, like a footprint that has burned in your retina like a disturbing image that you will wake up in the middle of the night that you cannot shake off your head. “
Coach (Bad times at El Royale, Top Gun: Maverick) takes on the role of author Ben Mears, “a man who returns to his childhood home in Jerusalem’s Lot in search of inspiration for his next book only to find that his hometown is prey to a vampire, who brings him to join a disorganized group that will fight the presence of evil ”.
The film is also the protagonist Jordan Preston Carter like Mark Petrie, Alfred Woodard like Dr. Cody, Makenzie Leigh like Susan Norton, John Benjamin Hickey like Father Callahan, William Sadler in an unannounced role. James Wan is producing.
