Disney + has released a new trailer and poster for its highly anticipated fantasy series Willow! I was incredibly excited about this show and it’s so good that, after all these years, the story for the director Ron HowardThe beloved 1988 film will continue! This show looks so good!
The story began when an aspiring sorcerer, played by Warwick Davis, “Is taken away on a journey to protect a newborn Empress Elora Danan and defeat the evil Queen Bavmorda from their world of Andowyne. Now, the story continues with Davis reprising his lead role, as he leads an unlikely crew of heroes on a mission to protect Andowyne from an enemy even greater than they imagined possible.
The series is also the protagonist Erin Kellyman (Solo: A Star Wars Story, The Hawk and the Winter Soldier), Ellie Bamber (Nocturnal animals), Ruby Cruz (Easttown mare), Tony Revolori (The Grand Hotel Budapest), Dempsey Bryk (Birch), Talisa Garcia (Serve and protect, Baptist), And game of Thrones actress Rosabell Laurenti salesmen. Christian Slater also protagonist of the series!
Jonathan Kasdan (Solo) wrote the pilot episode and together will act as showrunner Wendy Mericle (Arrow). The epic fantasy adventure is set in an era of swords, sorcery, myths and monsters, and Lucasfilm will release it on Disney + on November 30th!
