A teaser trailer for the AMC series has been released The Mayfair Witches by Anne Ricehero Alessandra Daddario (The white lotus), Harry Hamlin, Jack HustonAnd Tongayi Chirisa. The series is written and produced by showrunners Esta Spalding (Masters of Sex, about becoming a god in central Florida) And Michelle Ashford (Masters of sex, The Pacific), and is Anne Rice’s second series in an expanding universe, after Anne Rice interview with the vampire.
Based on Rice’s best-selling trilogy, Lives of the Mayfair Witches, The eight-episode series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Dr. Rowan Fielding (Daddario), who discovers he is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with his new powers, he must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted his family for generations.
