We have a new trailer here for you to watch Sylvester Stallonemafia crime series Tulsa kingwhich derives from Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, 1883, mayor of Kingstown) And Terence Winter (The Sopranos, Empire of the waterfront). The trailer features some new footage from the film along with some additional story details.
I’ve been pretty excited about this series, and judging by the footage that’s been released so far, it looks like it’s going to be a great crime drama! This is a perfect project for Stallone and will give a fantastic performance!
Stallone plays New York mob boss Dwight “The General” Manfredi, and this is a fantastic character to face! When he talked about his time with him and his work on the show, he said that he “had so much fun” and that he “never worked so hard” in his life. He went on to say, “What we invented is something extraordinary and life-changing for me.”
The story follows the Italian mobster from New York City who is forced to move to the most unlikely place: Tulsa, Oklahoma, after spending 25 years in prison after being unceremoniously exiled by his boss. The series is set in the present day and the mobster faces the surprising task of reestablishing his Italian mafia family in the modernized city of Tulsa. There, Sal meets surprising and unsuspecting characters who follow him along his unconventional path to power.
The show is also the protagonist Andrea Wild (I’m sorry), Martin Starr (Silicon Valley), Max Casella (The Tender Bar), Domenico Lombardozzi (The Irish), Vincenzo Piazza (Empire of the waterfront), Jay Will (The wonderful Mrs. Maisel), AC Peterson (Superman and Lois) with Garrett Hedlund (The United States versus Billie Holiday).
Tulsa king will premiere on November 13, 2022.
