One thing I absolutely love about Marvel Werewolf at night, in addition to the style, history and setting of the past, is the fact that it will introduce the real monsters to the MCU! We have a new featurette to watch today for the Halloween special that features new footage and insights into the highly anticipated project.
The project is a throwback to the black and white horror films of the 1930s and 1940s. The story centers on a group of unusual suspects gathered on a disturbing night, and one of them is the werewolf at night. They find themselves in a position where they are forced to stay alive as the end of the night approaches.
In the video, Kevin Feige explains that this film will play an important role in the future of the MCU: “We wanted to explore completely new characters and completely new sides of the MCU with this unusual, fun and frightening take on the supernatural. We are introducing a world that will eventually become quite important for the future of the MCU. “
Gael Garcia Bernal plays Jack Russell, aka Werewolf by Night, and is joined by him Laura Donnelly And Harriet Sansom Harris. It will premiere on Disney Plus on October 7th.
