After Hannah’s IG Live went viral, Rachel posted a video explaining why using the “N word” was offensive, the story of the word, and why it was so offensive. “The video wasn’t about Hannah. She was claiming the accident and was explaining it as a black-I can explain why that word hurts so much and why people were angry when they used that word in a way that no one else did. I took this as a teaching moment and what did I get in return? People judging me,” Rachel says. “‘How could you do that? Where is your grace? Where is your understanding? Where is your mercy?'”

The Texas native referred to a chapter in his new book, “A Nation of Double Standards,” where he covers the Bachelor Nation’s section that constantly floods his comments and DMs with negativity and hatred. “They constantly preach compassion, compassion, and understanding to me, to other people, and how I couldn’t stand it. But they can never find those things and never apply them to me,” Rachel explained. “I must have done, must have done something to get that person to say what he was doing in an interview.
