Pedro Pasquale stars in the series like Joel, e Beautiful Ramsey is taking on the role of Ellie in the next video game adaptation. They are joined by Gabriele Luna like Joel Tommy’s brother, Anna Torv, Merle Dandrige, Nick Offerman, Storm Reid, Nico Parker, Gabriele Luna, Jeffrey PierceAnd Murray Bartlett.
The last of us takes place 20 years after modern civilization was destroyed by a deadly virus. Joel (Pascal), a hardened survivor, is hired to take Ellie (Ramsey), a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone at Fireflies, a treatment-seeking organization. What starts out as a small job soon becomes a brutal and heartbreaking journey, as they both have to traverse the United States and depend on each other for survival.
The trailer shows the bleakness of the show, and as you will see, all the characters are desperate as they are forced to survive in this post-apocalyptic civilization that is overrun with horrific clickers.
Craig Mazinthe creator of the acclaimed HBO limited series Chernobylhe wrote The last of us and is also executive producer with Neil Druckmannwho is the writer and creative director of the game.
The last of us is slated for release on HBO in 2023.
