Dwayne Johnson shared a new trailer for DC’s Black Adam and builds the character to be the ultimate power in the DC universe. Johnson shared a note with the trailer saying, “A god without mercy and power born with anger.”
The trailer also features the return of Viola Davis’Amanda Waller talking about Black Adam and how before the time of heroes and villains, Black Adam ruled everything. She also revealed that he has awakened after 5,000 years and has no problem wreaking havoc now that he is free.
This movie will be epic and ready for big surprises! Here is the synopsis:
In ancient Kahndaq, Teth Adam received the almighty powers of the gods. After using these powers to take revenge, he was imprisoned, becoming Black Adam. Almost 5,000 years have passed and Black Adam has passed from man, to myth, to legend. Now released, his unique form of justice, born of anger, is challenged by the modern day heroes who form the Justice Society: Hawkman, Dr. Fate, Atom Smasher and Cyclone.
The film is also the protagonist Pierce Brosnan like Doctor Fate, Aldis Hodge like Hawkman, Noah Centineo such as Atom Smasher, e Quintess Swindell like Cyclone.
Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle cruise) directs Black Adamfrom the most recent screenplay, written by Rory Haines And Sohrab Noshirvani. Adam Sztykiel wrote the previous draft.
Black Adam bursts into cinemas and IMAX internationally starting October 19, 2022 and in North America on October 21, 2022.
