Connected with “The boys”
Eric Kripke, showrunner of “The Boys” and pillar of his universe, has assured that “Gen V”, which will start temporarily to coincide with the third season of “The Boys”, it will be linked to the parent series.
“There will definitely be a crossover and we are doing our best to design a universe where some of the problems and stories of the third season are also addressed in the first season of “Gen V”. There is a presidential campaign in the background in the aforementioned season 1 and there are some things happening on the “Gen V” campus that are a reaction to “The Boys” season 3. There’s Soldier Boy and so on, but it also introduces some storylines that we plan to resume in Season 4.”.
