I was curious and enthusiastic Steven SpielbergThe next film project by The Fabelmans. The film has been described as a semi-autobiographical project, drawing on the time Spielberg grew up in Arizona. Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for the film and it will be a beautiful and magical moving experience.
If you love cinema and / or have ever dreamed of being a director, this film will capture your heart. Damn … this movie looks great and this trailer definitely piqued my emotions.
The film is the protagonist Gabriel La Belle (The predator, American gigolo series) “as aspiring 16-year-old director Sammy Fabelman; Michelle Williams (Manchester by the Sea, My Week with Marilyn) like his artistic mother, Mitzi; Paolo Dano (The Batman, there will be blood) as his successful scientific father, Burt; Seth Rogen (Steve Jobs, An American Pickle) as Bennie Loewy, Burt’s best friend and honorary “uncle” of the Fabelman children, and Judd Hirsch (Uncut gems, common people) in the role of Mitzi’s uncle Boris.
The ensemble cast also includes Jeannie Berlin (The Heartbreak Kid, an intrinsic vice) as Sammy’s paternal grandmother, Hadassah Fabelman; Giulia Butter (Once upon a time … in Hollywood, 13 hours) as Sammy’s sister Reggie; Robin Bartlett (Struck by the moon, lean on me) like Sammy’s maternal grandmother Tina Schildkraut e Keeley Karsten (Hunters, evil lives here) as Sammy’s sister Natalie.
Spielberg wrote the film with the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tony Kushnerwho also wrote about Spielberg Lincoln And Monk. Of course, the music was composed by the legendary John Williams.
The film will be released in theaters on Thanksgiving and I can’t wait to see it!
