During Expo D23 in 2022, Marvel held a panel, in which it presented King Thanos, the villain of the Avengers Campus attraction at Disneyland, California, and which is part of its theme parks, where it takes the opportunity to explore alternative lines for what is known in the UCM.

The Mad Titan, also known as Thanos, was the villain of the Cinematic Universe of the first three stages, up to ‘Avengers: Endgame’, where he was defeated by the snap of Iron Man’s fingers, thanks to the power of the Infinity Stones. . However, there is a new version of this powerful enemy that has never been defeated.

This new version of Thanos will make its “MCU debut” according to Disney’s D23 presentation titled “A Boundless Future: Disney Parks, Experiences and Products”. According to the images revealed, great Marvel superheroes, such as Spiderman, She-Hulk, Captain America, Moon Knight, Daredevil among many others, will face Thanos.

How is Thanos different from the Multiverse you already know?

After the revelation of the appearance of the Mad Titan, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige explained the difference between the two versions of Thanos and that King Thanos “won” in an alternate universe of ‘Avengers: Endgame’, and defeated. . Iron Man alongside Captain America, Thor and the others.

It is worth mentioning that King Thanos may appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, it seems that Disney will only use this version of the villain for its amusement parks, where it will be able to bring together the different most powerful superheroes of the company’s canon.
