During the unveiling of Disney and Marvel Games at the D23 Expo this weekend, it was announced that the 1995 classic Gargoyle the game is being remastered! It is entitled Remastered Gargoyle and was developed by Empty Clip Studios (Streets of Kamurocho).
There isn’t much information shared about the game, but I’m intrigued! What we do know is that it will be released on consoles and PCs with updated graphics and controls. I loved the first game and can’t wait to see how this remaster turns out!
The original game is loosely based on the plot of the show. The player controls Goliath as he tries to put an end to the Eye of Odin, a corrupted magical talisman that can transform anyone who comes to possess it. Demona, the last owner of the Eye, eventually becomes the main villain.
No release date has been revealed and no other details have been shared. We just have to wait and see how it will turn out! Excited?
