Kevin Spacey Asks Judge to Drop Anthony Rapp Sex Abuse Case

Kevin Spacey has filed another lawsuit in federal court for ongoing sexual assault with actor Anthony Rapp.

Space’s lawyers on Friday asked the judge to drop the rape and sexual assault case, arguing that the allegations about Space’s conduct at the 1980 party were false and never materialized, the Associated Press reported.
