The film is produced by John Wick stunt director and coordinator Chad Stahelskiand Foxx plays “a hard-working working dad who just wants to provide a good life for his witty daughter, but his mundane pool cleaning job in the San Fernando Valley is a cover for his true source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an International Union of Vampire Hunters.
In the story, the vampire hunter was initially expelled from the vampire hunters union after picking up a string of incidents. But he’s been given one last chance to clean up his play of him if he wants to keep making money in the vampire hunting business.
The film is also the protagonist Snoop Dogg, Dave Franco, Karla Souza, Meagan Good, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Scott Adkins, Steve Howey, Eric Langeand more.
Day shift it comes from the director JJ Perry who is making her directorial debut from a screenplay written by Shay Hatten (John Wick 3 and 4, The Army of the Dead) based on the original screenplay written by Tyler Tice.
Day shift will arrive on Netflix on August 12th.
