One of the stars of ‘The Boys’, the popular Amazon Prime Video series, has shown his anger towards a certain section of the fans on social networks. is approx Erin Moriarty. The actress in charge of bringing Luz Estelar (Starlight) to life has denounced the misogynistic criticism of some followers of the series towards her character.

The “Captain Fantastic” actress shared a post on her Instagram account titled “#IstandWithStarlight? The Bretayal of Erin Moriarty by The Boys Fans”. The article denounces the misogynistic hatred towards Starlight, which ends up turning into insulting comments towards Moriarty.
“I feel silenced. I feel dehumanized. I feel paralyzed. I put blood, sweat and tears into this role. I grew up as this character. This breaks my heart, I opened my veins for this role and misogynist trolling is exactly what this character (Annie) would be talking about.”. Moriarty also added: “This only strengthened my empathic muscle and anyone who comes close to me: I see you, I don’t hate you, I just feel empathy and forgiveness”.
Supported by the rest of the cast
Many actors and actresses from ‘The Boys’ have posted messages showing their support, but no doubt one another Antony Starr stands out: “I support you and what you say here 100%. Well said. Your work on the series is and always has been stellar and you are beautiful inside and out. Keep on shining”.
Jack Quaid also commented the next: “I love you Erin. we are all here for you. You are an amazing and talented force of nature and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have met you. Keep shining bright. Leave the trolls to us. we have our backs to you”.
