DC fans Harley Quinn animated series can breathe a sigh of relief as the show has been officially renewed for a fourth season on HBO Max. With the new leadership of Warner Bros. archiving the projects and taking them away from HBO Max, I wasn’t sure Harley Quinn would survive the madness. Well, it was and fans will be able to enjoy at least one more season.
The news comes ahead of the season three finale, which airs September 15. We knew there was a chance this renewal would come as the fourth season of the series was already registered in the entertainment identifier registry.
The show is also getting a new showrunner Sara Peters. She has been a writer on the series since season one and currently serves as a consulting producer. She will take over the role from Justin Halpern And Patrick Schumackerwho originally developed the project with Dean Lorey.
