Kevin Smithis the horror film of 2014 Tusk it was absolutely insane and frighteningly awful. It’s easily one of the craziest movies Smith has made and well, if you liked the movie, you’ll be happy to hear he’s developing a sequel!
Justin Long recently leaked the news during an interview with / Film saying, “You’ll be happy to know, Kevin [Smith] just announ– I mean, I guess they’re talking about it. They are doing Fang 2I believe. “The actor went on to say:
“He wrote us all the other day, Haley [Joel Osment] and Genesis [Rodriguez], and he told us he wanted to do it, and I thought it was a joke. And then I realized she meant it. And then one of the [other] the interviewers said, ‘Yes, he said the same to me.’ “
So, if Smith drops a script and manages to pool the funds, we could really see this sequel, and I can’t even imagine what that sequel might entail! I just guess he’ll get even crazier than the one who produced the first film.
It is not the first time that a Tusk later was raised. Smith previously talked about his idea for the story during an interview with Twitch in 2020 saying:
“There’s a version of Tusk 2 that you do where … you cut into the present and someone else gets sucked into the spider’s web. The house, you hear stories, and when you get home, the new Howard Howe is Wallace, who He came out of the walrus traps and stuff and is obviously bothered by his whole ordeal and now he’s doing it to the others. So there’s a way to do Tusk 2 where Justin becomes Michael Parks’ character. Wallace becomes, in some way, the new Howard Howe “.
Well, if this movie happens, I’ll come and see it! Why not!? What do you think of Smith trying to do a Tusk Continuation?
