Superman kills Zod
In ‘Man of Steel’ by Zack Snyder you can see the origin of the Man of Steel, who, thanks to different circumstances in his life, has sworn not to take the life of anyone. However, at the climax of the plot, Superman is forced to kill General Zodotherwise, the villain could kill an innocent family.
Batman kills the Joker
In the comics, the Dark Knight has had to break his one rule on more than one occasion, no matter how badly it has resulted in the consequences. But it is in the adaptation of Alan Moore’s novel, ‘The Killing Joke’, where Batman can only stop the Joker by killing him.thus fulfilling the role of Clown Prince of Crime.
