If you’ve always wanted a fighting game with lots of adorable four-legged animals, you want it They are fighting the herds. The game from Mane6 and Modus Games has become a hit on PC and is now coming to consoles.
On October 18, fans will be able to join the fight on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5 and Xbox consoles (affiliate link) with pre-orders now active. You can also grab the Deluxe Edition which includes the Season 1 Pass which includes 4 additional playable characters, levels and accessories exclusive to Pixel Lobby, as well as a new palette pack for each character.
Them’s Fightin ‘Herds, currently available on Steam, is a four-button 2D brawler with hoofed characters designed by Lauren Faust (producer and developer of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic; creator, director and developer of Super Best Friends Forever) . Battle in Arcade and Local Versus modes, practice Tutorial and Training modes, then immerse yourself in the game’s many online matchmaking features (with the GGPO rollback netcode) to challenge yourself against players from around the world. Or, explore an episodic story mode that combines top-down adventure with the fighting game’s fighting challenges.
