A teaser trailer was released by HBO for their upcoming music industry drama, The idolhero Lily-Rose Depp And Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye. They are joined in the cast by Suzanna son, Troy Sivan, Moses Summary, Jane Adams, Dan Levy, Jennie Ruby Jane, Eli Roth, Rachel Sennot, Hari Nef, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Mike Dean, RamseyAnd Hank Azaria. Character details are kept under wraps.

Co-created by Euphoria Creator Sam LevinsonTesfaye and Reza Fahim, “The idol is set against the backdrop of the Los Angeles music industry. This is followed by a pop singer who begins a romance with an enigmatic Los Angeles club owner who is the leader of a secret cult.

This doesn’t sound great to me, but I like a good cult story, and Dan Levy it’s in it, so I might be down to at least try it out. Watch the trailer below and let us know what you think. The idol will arrive soon on HBO and HBO Max.
