Despite being one of the more recent hits of the Netflix catalog, ‘The Sandman’ was unable to confirm the development of its second season, within weeks of its release. Given fan concern over a cancellation, Neil Gaiman said the Tom Sturridge series could reach other streaming platforms.
Netflix has a long history of series cancellations after their first season, the one that caused the most stir was the adaptation of “Cowboy Bebop”. Certainly the case worried some fans, who asked themselves Neil Gaiman on the future of the second season of ‘The man of sand’.
On his Twitter account, Neil Gaiman, writer of the original comic and producer of the series along with Tom Sturridge, responded to a fan on The possibility of Netflix canceling the second season of ‘The man of sand’.
